Veganuary is an annual challenge that promotes and educates people about being vegan whilst encouraging them to follow a vegan lifestyle in January. Participation has become increasingly popular, with the number of people signing up for the campaign rising from almost 13,000 in 2015 to over 582,000 in 2020, Wikipedia reports.

Veganism is on the rise with more people trying it and more shops, restaurants and takeaways catering for it. When January comes around many businesses will have a new vegan campaign ready to welcome Veganuary meaning that if you are participating there is probably going to always be something new and exciting to try. These four individuals have all decided to go vegan for a range of different reasons and share their experiences on how they are finding it.
